If I phone, I am looking for professional solutions rather than work arounds found by non employees :D I thought that phoning ea help would provide me with unique answers that were more detailed but they just regurgitate the answers to common errors that I have already tried from the answers hq. I have been through all the troubleshooting answers in ea help.
I have tried to redownload them multiple times. Only the games I downloaded before the reformat are not launching. If I download games that I previously didn't have installed on ea they launch fine. The reformat fixed the xbox game pass games but not the ea desktop games. Summarize your bug I recently reformatted my pc in order to fix games on xbox game pass and ea desktop not launching.
